Qspace bio5/18/2023 ![]() At present, a variety of imaging techniques have confirmed that there are related changes in the primary motor area of PD. The primary motor area of the precentral gyrus (M1 area) is a key area in the motor circuit, which is the main functional area of the body movement and plays a crucial role in the generation of pulse waves regulating movement. Meanwhile, the complex nerve fiber circuit formed by the cerebral cortex, thalamus and basal interganglia through direct or indirect pathways is also affected. Relevant studies have shown that the pathophysiological changes in PD with movement disorders are not limited to the substantia nigrostriatal dopamine pathway. The main clinical manifestations are typical motor symptoms such as resting tremor, myotonia, postural and gait disorders. The main pathological change is degeneration and necrosis of dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra, resulting in decreased dopaminergic content in the striatum and a series of clinical symptoms. Parkinson's disease (PD) is the second most common chronic central nervous system degenerative disease with extensive involvement. Finally, the parameters of MRS and Q-Space in the experimental group and the control group are further analyzed by SPSS statistical software. The fraction anisotropic (FA), generalized fraction anisotropic (GFA), and apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) parameters of Q-Space in the primary motor cortex and the region of interest in the posterior limb of the internal capsule are obtained. Third, Q-Space MR diffusion imaging technique is used to collect Q-Space images, and a Dsi-studio workstation is used to post-process the images. M1 region) are obtained, and the ratios of NAA/Cr and Cho are calculated. Secondly, the range maps of N-acetylaspartic acid (NAA), Choline (Cho), and Creatine (Cr) in the region of interest (the primary motor area of anterior central cortex gyrus, i.e. Magnetic resonance (MR) scanning is performed with 1H-MRS. First, motor function and clinical condition of 20 patients with Parkinson's disease is assessed the third section of the Unified Parkinson's Scale and H&Y Parkinson's Clinical Staging Scale.
